My law firm has been representing California Teachers Association ("CTA") members and non-union educators accused of criminal accusations and offenses for more than a decade, even though I have been practicing law for nearly 20 years. In this capacity I became very involved in teacher, teacher-parent, and teacher-administrator issues. 3. I have experience in working through the unique relationship that school districts and administrators share with the political and legal systems. I have acted as both a liaison and spokesperson for teachers and students who have faced administrative hearings or who have experienced personnel problems.

I have trial and mediation experience in handling all misdemeanor and felony matters in the courtroom.
